Terms and Conditions:
1. Entry is open to UK residents aged 5 and over. Entrants under the age of 18 must seek permission from a parent/guardian before entering. 2. Competition closes on 31/05/09 (“Closing Date”). 3. To enter, see details above. Any entrant under 14 years of age must also provide their parent’s/guardian’s contact details. Multiple entries shall be permitted. All entries remain the property of Promoter. Photos will not be returned. 4. The best Scooby look-a-like entry, as determined by the judges, will win first prize. The next best 10 entries will win a copy of ‘Scooby Doo and the Samurai Sword’ on DVD. 5. First prize is a walk on role as an extra in a crowd scene in a Scooby-Doo National Live Show performance plus a Scooby-Doo gift pack. All ancillary costs including, but not limited to, transportation, meals, accommodation and insurance are the responsibility of the winner. The winner must be accompanied by a parent/guardian if they are under the age of 18. The walk on role will, unless otherwise notified by Promoter, take place on a weekend. The winner must obtain any approval required to participate in the walk on role including for any absence from school. The winner (or their parent/guardian) must accept and agree to be bound by any terms and conditions required for participation in the walk on role. The walk on role must be taken between by October 2009 at a performance venue selected by Promoter. 6. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within 14 days of the Closing Date. If a winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept their prize or fails to claim their prize within 30 days of the Closing Date, then Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant. 7. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The judges’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost of misdirected entries. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way. 8. Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting a prize, except to the extent that any liability cannot be excluded by law. 9. Entrants consent to Promoter reproducing and using any photo submitted as part of their entry for a period of 5 years without remuneration for PR or marketing purpose including the promotion of any of its products. 10. Personal data from entries will be collected and used by Promoter and its agents for the purpose of conducting and administering this competition.
